Chocolate Drizzled Cookie Dough Bites

Coming back with another dessert recipe..what a surprise. You guys know chocolate is my weakness, i'll be forever craving it. I've had the idea for these "bites" in the back of my head for awhile now, the perfect little bite when you're craving a lil somethin, but don't want it to be too filling or too much. Whenever I find myself craving something like that its usually something peanut buttery and chocolatey. And let's be real I want peanut butter+chocolate every day of my life! Ya feel me? I did make two versions of these, one round was peanut butter (duh), and the other TAHINI! Everyone is so tahini crazed right now, so I figured I'd try it. I typically use tahini as a savory ingredient, mostly in salad dressings and sauces but I thought maybe a more neutral flavor would come through giving it more of a "cookie" flavor. When you add peanut butter to a recipe the flavor is so strong that it stands out among all others. Both versions were delicious! I ate about 4 right off the bat..and including the amount of the mix I was sampling and melted chocolate I kept licking..I had way to much and felt sick..haha! Don't over do it like me, but enjoy never the less! Love you guys<3 thanks for reading and I must say did prefer the peanut butter over the tahini without a doubt. <3





1 cup oat flour

1.5 tbsp coconut flour

sprinkle of pink salt

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp nut butter (PB or tahini)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 vanilla


1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil





1. In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix well

2. In a separate mixing bowl combine all wet ingredients

3. Combine the wet and the dry until a cookie "dough" forms

4. Add to a 9in bread pan spread evenly and press dough down firmly

5. Add to freezer for 10 minutes

6. While freezing prepare the chocolate

7. Add choco chips and coco oil to a bowl and microwave for 1 min+ (until melted)

8. Remove from freezer, slice into squares

9. Drizzle chocolate on top of each square

10. Store in refrigerator and enjoy!
